WHO DOESN'T LOVE A PUPPY

SHELTIE PUPS AT FOUR DAYS OF AGE. PUPS THIS YOUNG JUST EAT SLEEP AND THEY DO CRAWL AROUND A BIT, AS THEY DO NOT REGULATE THEIR BODY HEAT AT THIS EARLY AGE,THE MINUTE THAT MOM COMES IN THEY KNOW SHE IS THERE AND START TO SEARCH FOR HER. BY THE TIME THAT THEY ARE THREE WEEKS, THEY ARE ON THEIR FEET, EARS AND EYES OPEN AND GETTING AROUND MORE. WE EXPOSE THEM TO MANY NOISES AND HANDLING

ONE BOOK THAT I RECOMMEND IS "HOW TO RAISE A PUPPY YOU CAN LIVE WITH"IT IS VERY HELPFUL WHEN BRINGING YOUR NEW PUPPY HOME. SHELTIE PUPS DEVELOP QUICKLY!

OUR PUPPIES ARE SPECIAL

WE WANT OUR PUPS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THEIR NEW HOMES. WE SPEND TIME WATCHING THEM, TALKING TO THEM, HANDLING THEM AND MAKE SURE EACH ONE GETS INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION. WE WANT EACH PUP TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE TRANSITION TO HIS NEW HOME BY 8 OR 9 WEEKS. ONE OF THE MAIN REQUIREMENTS TO TAKING ONE OF OUR PUPS HOME IS THAT SOMEONE IS THERE TO SPEND TIME WITH THE PUP. AN EIGHT WEEK OLD PUP NEEDS COMPANY AND DOES NOT DO WELL BEING ALONE WHILE YOU ARE WORKING EIGHT OR NINE HOURS A DAY. PROVISIONS NEED TO BE MADE TO INSURE THE PUP IS NOT ALONE ALL DAY.
